To insure that your organization is properly setup, we offer organizational setup services including managing the filing process of all legally required paperwork with state agencies and the IRS. This includes the EIN application, business licenses, articles of incorporation or any other document required by state or federal agencies.
Set-up, manage, and reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and expenditure processes. Oversee all aspects of the accounting systems to ensure finances are handled in a responsible and legally compliant manner. Work with the organization managers to draft and manage departmental budgets and track expenses.
To aid in strategic development, Capitol Operations provides financial updates and projections to organization team members and management. Where applicable, we advise on the best allocation of funds and provide the necessary financial insight to allow you and your team to make the right decisions for your next move.
Payroll can be a complex and time consuming process. With Capitol Operations, we will set up and run bi-weekly payroll services for your organization. We will also monitor all payroll tax filings as well as oversee the filing of quarterly 990 reports and year-end 1099 and W2 filings, saving you the time to run your organization.
